So I never followed through with my meet-up this last weekend because my wife wasn't feeling well and we were already stretched thinly enough with the kids. It's a pity, because there was downtime and I was looking forward to connecting. Another time.

i saw an old friend this weekend. he walked in the room came over and shook my hand and said, "hi, i'm mike." like we had never met before. i laughed and said "what? ok hi i'm gavin"
his eyes get real wide and he says "wow i didn't even really look at you, i was just looking at your moustache"...

with this moustache i think i can officially be classified as a filter feeder. like a whale.
