Happy Moustache May.

I am still spending every weekend at my desert property in Pioneertown. Things are much better than they were last year. I have made alot of headway and the property litigation will be over soon and the property will be 100% mine. Yahoooooooooo!!!
It feels great to close that nasty page of my life.

Other than that... what's going on with these gas prices? man oh man...I may be buying a scooter soon.
