Megan and I have a long standing competition to find the perfect food. I insist it is the potato. Reason: It goes with almost any food. I have yet to find a combination I did not like. Today to prove it I made her mashed potato tacos. Spread mashed potatoes on a flour tortilla, wrap it around a crispy corn tortilla, fill with taco things, top with sour cream. It was great.
