The realization that I have lost too much weight again hit me right before my 30th birthday party (b'day tomorrow). I must bow out since I do not want to see another photograph of myself until I'm back up to at least 150 (20 lbs) so I'm off to the store for the items needed to start back up the 6,000 calorie/day diet. I haven't been feeling as well lately and the weight is a huge part of it.
